How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment, but please allow extra time during busy periods. Any items that are not physically in stock at the time of ordering can take up to an additional 5 working days for delivery, although in most cases they will be delivered the same day. This includes any 'out of stock' products you have specifically requested, as well as Customeyesed design requests. This is to allow for the sourcing/creation of additional charms and the production process. We will advise of any possible delays where applicable.

What are reward points and how can I earn/spend them?

Once you register for a free Randomeyes Boutique account, you will earn points for your purchases which can be redeemed against any of our products, whenever you like! You will recieve a free bonus point just for registering, then earn one further point per £10 spent on our website. One point is worth £1, so the more you buy, the more you save! You can check how many points you've earned when you log in to your account, and you will be given the option to redeem your reward points during the checkout stage when you make a purchase.

What is the Customeyes service?

Our Customeyes service allows to you request any jewellery or accessory products that we do not currently stock, including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, pins, magnets, mobile charms, keyrings and hairslides. This is particularly popular for bracelets, as our extensive range of charms makes it virtually impossible to stock every possible charm combination!

You can choose any of our current charms for your bracelet, or even request something completely unique, which we will make from scratch!  As each item will have different specifications, the prices will vary, so we will get back to you with a quote.  Previous Customeyesed requests include pretzel studs, a corn on the cob necklace, a bacon keyring and many more, so be as creative as you like with your requests! Every item we create for you will have the infamous Randomeyes Boutique googly eyes and come in its own gift bag.

Where can I find my Customeyesed Items?

Once you have agreed on the price we quote for your design, we will lit the item in the Your Customeyesed Items section (within the Specials menu) for you to purchase. 
 

Can I have more than one charm on a product?

Of course! For example, you might like a necklace with both a false teeth and a toothpaste charm, or a keyring with all 3 crayons - simply send us your request on the Customeyes page and we will get back to you with a quote.

How can I help raise funds for your chosen charity?

Who are we?

We are a small, family-run boutique based in Peterborough, UK, who specialise in kitsch, quirky and one of a kind statement jewellery and accessories in our own unique Randomeyes Boutique style! We have been making our products since 2009, but Randomeyes Boutique was launched officially at the Clothes Show Live 2010 and has been going from strength to strength ever since!

Why was Randomeyes Boutique created?

Being lovers of all things kitsch and quirky ourselves, we understand how hard it can be to find truly unique jewellery and accessories.

There are plently of kitsch handmade gumball and kawaii products on the market, but they are all disappointingly similar in design, contradicting their 'uniqueness'. We aim to break the mould by producing a range of jewellery and accessories that are completely original and unique in both appearance and concept, creating statement pieces without compromising on our simple, understated style.


Where does the Randomeyes Boutique concept come from?

Our kitsch jewellery and accessories are inspired by a unique fusion of gumball and kawaii styles, with a strong focus on simplicity and the unexpected. It's the simple act of giving each our pieces their own personality that sets us apart from the mainstream. It's all about appreciating those smaller things in life that most people take for granted - a concept we feel is all too often ignored.

Who are our designs for?

We are well aware that our statement jewellery and accessories have a fairly limited market. Hanging crayons with googly eyes from your ears, for example, is not everybody's idea of a good time. But we see that as part of our appeal.

The whole point of Randomeyes Boutique is to provide a range of truly unique, quirky jewellery and accessory products for people who want to be different and stand out from the crowd. If you're looking for something more generic and conventional, you're better off going to a high street store!
